They didn't have what I wanted when I got there as it has been a busy week (Christmas to New Year)but Bobby took the time to call around and find exactly what I wanted and had it sent to the dealership. I also got a very fair price for the car, my trade ins and the current discounts and financing. I did my homework before going in and think I came out with a very good deal. This is my forth Mazda, plus my husband has one, all from this dealer. We had to wait our turn with the finance person because they were busy but Bobby used the time to show me the car, connect my phone for me and program in a few Mazda phone numbers into the cars phone system.

I would like to rave about my salesman , Randy Hennis at Boniface Hiers Mazda in Melbourne, Florida. I recently purchased a 2011 MX5 through Randy. About a year and a half ago I bought a new 2009. I traded that one in for the 2011. I couldn’t be more pleased with him and feel like he has become a ‘friend’ also. It’s nice to walk in to the dealership and be treated so nicely. I also would like to compliment all of the other people that work there. They are always cordial and friendly whenever I have to stop in. There is also a wonderful service department and I have confidence that any work done will be done right. Bottom line…. My salesman and the dealership are tops!

The man who served me at Boniface-Hiers was absolutely excellent. He wasn't overly sale-pushy but was willing to help out, suggest good car alternatives, ask meaningful questions to find out my needs, explore the various cars on the lot with me. And then I get a call from the manager asking how he did because he's new? What! He did a phenomenal job. Ask for Matt (pretty sure that's his name), probably in his 40s, a little heavier-set.

For over 7 years, this dealer had served my Mazda RX-8. To this day, I have no complains at all. The work they performed is outstanding! For me, they have the best mechanics and service representative in the area. Every time I call for an appointment, they always find a time for me to take in my car. Service is fast and they always tell you what is wrong with the car and how much is going to cost before they work/repair it. They have an air-conditioned waiting room with a TV and vending machines. Their facilities are very clean to include the service area. I will definitely recommend them to all Mazda/Kia owners.

I did not give the sales men much to work with because I have horrible credit and my wife’s is not much better. Rick Dillion, Karl Jansons, and John Pratt, spent the entire day working on a deal to put my family in the monthly payments and car we wanted. Words cannot tell you how pleased this made my family. I am a car junkie. Specifically, a car shopping junkie. And when I do decide to buy, I know what I'm doing and don't want to waste anyone's time, including my own. I wholeheartedly recommend Boniface-Hiers Mazda Kia, and in particular Steven Allen, their Internet manager. The experience with them was first-rate. I plan to use them for regular maintenance, which don't normally do. I'll come back and rate them honestly, which is why I am confident they will not disappoint.

My wife needed a new car. I get my RX-8 serviced at Boniface Hiers. I know the service guys there - really great guys. We went to test drive a Mazda, but wound up finding a 2012 Honda CR-V with 1,000 miles on the used lot. Someone traded it in after 6 weeks because they didn't think the seats were comfortable.
 
 We worked with Jim and the crew there. They gave us a really good price, good trade value on our 2001 Honda CR-V. They also installed an OEM roof rack on the new car as part of the deal (we need to haul our surfboards over to the beach). We couldn't be happier with the car and the process of getting it. I highly recommend them to anyone. Very honest and up front - easy to negotiate with.

I was recommended to Boniface by a friend, and couldn't have been more pleased. My wife and I are expecting our first child and want to uprade our vehicle. My car was brought in for a 12K servicing and replacement of a piece of chrome trim. My car was ready on time and all completed as requested. Young service staff member, I believe his name was Melvin, was especially helpful in helping me to fix a problem I was having with my Bluetooth phone system. He is very knowledgeable about the technical electronics in my car.
